Mark your social calendar for the upcoming annual fundraiser! Enjoy the view of beautiful Apple Valley, Minnesota from our fifth-floor Fireside Dining Room with delicious food to nibble, excellent wine to taste and good friends to mingle with. This year our goal is to raise enough funds to help purchase additional dining chairs for Augustana Care Health & Rehabilitation.
Join us Thursday, August 10th from 4:30 – 7:30 at Augustana Care of Apple Valley. Featuring a silent auction as well as a classic menu prepared by Apple Valley Villa’s chef Mark Tesmer. While making your way through Augustana Care’s silent auction items, nosh on menu classics such as:
- Mini Beef Wellingtons with horseradish sauce
- BBQ chicken skewers
- Hot crab cakes with mango sweet and sour sauce
- Shrimp cocktail
- Butternut squash ravioli in a Boursin cream sauce
- Brussel sprouts with pancetta bacon, toasted pecans and maple dressing
- Fresh fruit salad with honey-mint Grand Marnier dressing
- Assorted hummus with toasted pita chips
- Domestic and imported cheese tray
- Chocolate dipped strawberries and assorted mousse cups
Hungry yet? All this wonderful food is offered with a selection of domestic and imported wines for tasting.
